lets put it this way: i wouldnt want to ever have to build it, work on it, replace shingles on it or shovel snow off it.

11 / 12 means there are 11 inches of drop in each foot of length of the roof. STEEP!

You dont need to shovel an 11 pitch. Snow slides off on its own!
Your top cut (common) is 42 degrees, your seat cut is the same in the opposite direction.
If you get into hip roofing or valleys its 33 degrees.
