Because the falling out of love is tough. Its great when you can be with the woman you love, and have fun, romance, and excitement. But, if you find out later down the line that the person isn't who you thought she was, or the newness and excitement wanes. Then the relationship sucks.

the biggest reason for being cautious about falling in love is the fact that you are surrendering yourself to the other person and giving them a way to hurt you more than any physical hurt.
A broken arm or leg is far easier to heal than a broken heart.
