Besides the usual coming online, surfing the web, how about more productive stuff?

read a book...watch an old movie...

here try some of these
I tinker around on the internet and learn something new
take a nap
write a letter to someone
read a book or make up a new one
go outside and watch and listen to the world or the people in it
watch a new or favorite movie
turn off all the lights and really listen to music
take a warm bubble bath
bake cookies
go shopping or window shopping if theres no money
call family or friends
exersize in some way
You need to get your body up and moving some how and your mind will enjoy it. If all those things don't work then find something really silly or crazy to do. Something you haven't or normally wont do. Like painting your nails all different colors and trying to paint you dogs/cats nails as well. And get your hair to match. See how far you can spit CoCo puff cereal from your front door. (rice krispy and corn flakes don't work)

dealing with my imaginary "airline" company..yeah pretty weird but I did set up a airline right within the pages of some filler notebooks, complete with employees list, aircraft types, routes, destinations, and of course, the finance..
it has limiting "factors" so I cannot simply decide that my airline would be a top notch and well known one (very complex I can't it explain here), and that gives the challenge.
It's setting is still in the 50s, and I'm hoping I'll make it last up to the present year and much further.
too bad it's all made up, else I would already have been a billionaire (even more) in reality...lol

I go door to door to each of my neighbor's house and sing "Me So Horny" at the top of my lungs... I do it while wearing a string bikini.
Its all good until some stick in the mud calls the cops.

ooh! sometimes I read a book.
or play the piano or the guitar.
I wouldn't say that's really productive though ...

I go and practice my exercises(I do Wushu and Tai Chi),I go and play with my pets,read a good book or draw something abstract!

i think about the welfare of the poor people, try to help them and solve their problems. Some times i annoyed with them and at same time love them.

write, poems, a novel, short stories, whatever... it helps me relax and gets my ideas on paper and out of my head, making room for more ideas.
