Parts of Escambia county are west of Pensacola but there isn't a big city up there. Pensacola is the westernmost "real" city in Florida.
Interesting fact. Pensacola is almost due south of Chicago.

The small town of Perdido Key is west of the Escambia County seat Pensacola.The town of Pedidro Key is about a mile from the Alabama/Florida state lines(near Orange Beach Alabama).

Probably Pensacola. Look on the FL-AL border. I am fairly sure that the pan handle is farther west than the keys.
