Good trade for my fantasy basketball tea??

I have a few offers on the table and the one that intrigues me the most is

Shaquile O'Neal (5 may be able to pry Jermain O'Neal instead)

here's my team, should I do this deal? Also, Im concern about Pierce since the big three is there, will his production go down? Also, Ive read Dallas wants to turn Harris into a star, ala Deron Williams type. Should I keep him off the blocks then?

I wouldn't make the trade, just because Shaq isn't an every game player. He will need more rest for his old knees and you will lose valuable points in his absence. I would be concerned about Having both Pierce and Garnett, but I don't like this trade at all.

im all for moving pierce and harris. peirce's numbers will fall this upcoming year, so he is a sell now type player. devon harris does not have the skill set to ever be a deron williams type player.

the deal is not great, but i expect the players that you are trading to have their values drop so i may do it. if you could get jermaine and redd, there would be no way that you could refuse the offer.
