Actually men can breastfeed and lactate. Its thought that back in the caveman days men would allow baby's to suckle at the breast while women were away. As well mens milk is actually richer in proteins which may make it a superior milk....hm mm now that's something to think about.

It is possible but unlikely. Particularly if the mother's milk dries up, the mother passes and there is no aunt or other female relative nearby, it is possible in some cases for a male to begin lactating. Hormones do weird things. Sometimes even female dogs will start to lactate if the birth mothers milk dries.
