who can design me a bike shed to store 6 + bikes for a young persons hostel?

What's to "design"???

You might have added some info about free standing; or attached to the Hostel.

Frame the structure in treated lumber. 2 x 4's will work. Use a floor structure. Treated exterior plywood; or lawn building steel panels for the siding and flooring. Consider two doors (one at each end) to access the bikes. Set the bikes up somewhere next to each other allowing them to face in opposite directions next to each other; and determine how much space they take. Consider space; in your measuremnts; for humans to access the bikes. Consider a decent height. Consider a simple; single slope roof. Consider material on that roof for environmental issues. Consider the entire structure more secure if attached on one side; to the Hostel building. Consider painting the exterior of the building, and caulking the joints/seams of the interior. Consider that at least two of the bikes can be HUNG; taking up less floor space.

Well buy a shed and then put a pole from one wall of the shed to the other approximately one and a half metres, or whatever height you prefer of the ground then you can hang them, however if you choose to keep the front wheel seperate if they are clip on wheels, then that would actually make hanging them easy. Further two little rings on each wall and you can pass a chain through them and keep them locked. Put the wheels wherever you want... but then you can also store under the bikes right, helmets etc...
