I love it. It's usually the only reason I venture into Holland & Barratt.

I work at holland and barrett and i love the carob coated raisins. What annoys me though is a bought them once thinking 'yay the healthy option' & i think they had more fat in them than the milk chocolate ones!
yh, i'm not always that obsessive about things like that.

I quite like it but I prefer chocolate as I don't think carob is a real substitute for chocolate but has its own unique taste for when you maybe fancy a different taste to chocolate.

edit:
I have found the toasted carob powder, as they sell in H&B, can't remember the brand but they only sell the one, awful!!
Yet I have heard the untoasted kind is quite nice and healthy.
I think alot of the antioxidant power in the carob flour is lost upon toasting. The toasted powder in a drink tastes nothing like the flavour of a carob bar.

I don't mind it but haven't had any for ages, I've just bought a face-pack that has carob in it so going to see how good it is.

Yes its very pleasant some times I prefer it to chocolate, depends on my mood.
