For me it has to be the geordie (Newcastle,England) accent as I was born and grew up near there.

American = Southern & Texan,and Minnesota people are cool too..=)
Foreign = Scottish & Irish,I love the humor of Aussies but if they talk fast I can hardly understand them,Brit's too..sorry,no offense meant!=)
