I have tried to search through the intrnet about this webcam but I could not find anything.
The brand name is (JingJing)

look under/at the back of your webcam for a sticker.
it should have the model number of your webcam on it
search for
"logitech mx300 drivers download" on google
replace logitech mx300 with the name and model number of your webcam

Go to the manufacturer's website and go to Support for the name of your item.
You should be able to download drivers there.
Otherwise, search on Google for the model number of your device and type "Drivers" also

Just guessing now! If you're asking how to get "DRIVERS' for your web cam the answer is that most manufacturers post them on their web sites...........go to the manufacturers site find the list of drivers for their products and download the one you need.
