VM Ware will let you virtualize your system so it looks like multiple PCs and you can run different OSes at the same time.
Can you get one monitor to show one virtual PC accepting only input from one keyboard and mouse - not that I am aware of. The PC hardware has no way to support this. Even proper VM hardware uses a dumb terminal for the I/O rather than directly connect everything to the system.

Yes but ur AGP card have to have an analog port and a digital port to connect 2 monitors. And both of ur monitor have to have those which is now common in most of the good LCD monitors.

You can connect 2 or more monitors to one CPU using KVM switches, but why do u need 2 KBs, 2 mouse,

It all depends on your hardware configuration. There is always a rare case to work in single graphic card. Why dont you buy a flat screen monitor instead!

i dont know if you can i never heard or saw this being realized i think its not posible or if it is you wouldint know wich monitor to control with mouse or wich one of them you want to use.
