Pros .. better weather, cheaper prices, better standard of living, nicer people, less crime, less interfering Government...
Cons .. medical costs, language problems (but only if you move to France :-) ), obscure legal system, obscure taxes, official bribery & corruption

The cons are 'you are unsecured, slavery type life, no freedom, search for your own people etc., The Pros are ' you earn more money, can pose like a rich fellow when you go to your native place, you will have money to move all around the world etc.,

pros your save money and cons you have to deals with a different culture that your not use to and not to mention the weather in other countries are different

this is a bit of a wide open question...
depends where abroad.
if it is a country where you have no problems with the language, then it might be easier, but if you have to learn the language it can be hard...
also adapting to the new country can take several years, to learn the local habits, culture, transportation, jobs, housing, schools, friends, food...
