I'll go with No. 2. The classic coat. It can be both casual & formal depending on what you wear with it. Trust me, I used to be a fashion consultant. Jack of all trades here.

Just looking at your avatar, i would pick coat 1 for you.It looks good.! But, I can't stand anything around my neck, so I would have to take coat 2 for myself.
