If you want to build a walk-in Greenhouse consider this. Find a recycle building store, they carry old windows, doors, wood panels etc. With new 4x4 posts you can make a frame that will stand up to wind and tall enough for you to walk into. Using old windows you will have the greenhouse effect you need. Put on a tin roof and start planting.

Sure, The only tools you will need are.
PVC pipe,
Clear plastic sheeting
Rubber cement.

I am sure that you can guess the rest, but, I'll go through it briefly.

Using your pvc pipe, make the frame. Enclose the whole thing in plastic sheeting and use rubber cement to keep it together.

If you live in a particularly windy area, you may need to dig holes in the ground and burry a portion of the pvc pipe.

This will be portable, and easily expandable if it is too small next season.

Give the 10 to answer 1.

That said however; CHEAP is probably a "relative" word.
