Power on, press Del or F2 to open BIOS menu. Load fail safe defaults, save and exit.
If warning regarding cpu still appears, you may have installed a processor that fits the socket but is not supported by BIOS. In such a case a BIOS update might help.

Can you check the jumper in the cmos maybe the setting is set to 2&3 pin because the default setting is in the 1&2 pins. Try also to clean the contact of the battery maybe the contact is corroded that's why the battery not functioning.
