"To remove wax from carpet, set your iron on low heat and get an old towel. Place the towel on the spilled wax and press down with the iron. The towel will absorb the wax. Keep repeating this using different spots on the towel until all the wax substance is out of the carpet. If a little wax remains and the iron method has gotten all it can, let remaining wax harden and brush carpet and vacuum. Then try using a liquid carpet cleaner to remove any coloring that may have remained."
Hope that helps.

Soften it with a hair dryer to pull what you can ut of the carpet and then use an iron to melt the rest being careful not to burn your carpet and before the melted wax hardens mop it up with a damp rag.

hi, i had this problem too, i was told to get a brown paper bag (or parcel wrapping paper) lay it over the wax and then heat gently with a warm iron. the brown paper then absorbs the melted wax, leaving no residue, or signs that it was ever there in the first place. it worked for me, and mine was red wax on a cream carpet!!!!! hope this helps.x.

Try to scrape or pick off as much as you can. Then put a brown paper bag or greaseproof paper on it and apply a warm iron. This should melt the wax on to the paper.
Don't have the iron too hot though.

Scrape as much of it off as you can.
Then put brown paper folded over the wax and a tea towel over the paper and iron the tea towel to blot up the candle wax.
Change the paper as often as you need to til its all away
