However, for people like Bil Gates, its £200 per hour - £3 per minute.

The exchange rate between time and money is called interest. It is the rate which equates £100 now with £100 in a year's time and may be called the advantage rate, which is a term I have just coined.

It's different for everyone. How much do you want to live on - within reason? How long do you want to work for to earn that amount?
Say you want £5,000 per month and want to work 8 hours a day for 20 days of the month. That's just over £31 an hour. On top of that you need to charge for the production costs of the product or service you're trading plus another bit to cover the rest of your business overheads.
So, you may say that your exchange rate is £31, as that's what your time is worth to you, but you'd be charging whoever is buying a lot more.
If you only want to work for 10 days a month, your rate would be £62.
Because I know that realistically I cannot be earning every hour of my working month as there are things like admin to cover and time spent on marketing activity, my hourly rate is anything from £130 up to £300, depending on what the activity is that I'm trading.

Ah, but money is also power.
Therefore time is power.
But power is energy divided by time.
So energy is time squared.
And Einstein says energy is mass times the speed of light squared.
The speed of light is constant, so mass is proportional to time's square.
Times Square is in New York; Mass is in church.
Therefore New York is a church.
Does that help?

It all depends on how highly you value yourself. I know my time is worth a lot, and I won't settle for less than I feel I am worth
