I'm not certain, but I don't think so. Realize that microwaves started in public places (restaurants, stores, etc.) in the 1960s. Of course, people with pace makers could never go near them.
The microwave has been commonplace in homes since the 1980s--No, I think we would have heard something if that were even a possibility.
Though, never say never...they may find something out 20 years from now.

Avoid using plastic containers in microwave. Microwaveable Ceramic and glass is OK.

Well, I find it quite plausible that it destroys all vitamin B12, and also that B12 deficiency is irreversible, once it gets bad enough. I believe what you then get is pernicious anemia, not cancer, but it certainly can't help matters.
Now, microwaves themselves... they cause cancer. The waves, not the appliances. They also cook you. Don't worry about it though.
