5 weeks - i was working construction on a school and we were doing 14-17 hours a day because we were behind schedule. I worked there for four months with only Sunday's off, but I quit after the five week thing.

I worked 13 days straight and was sent home from the manager. He said it's not legal to work 13 days without a day off. Don't know if its true or not. I am in CA.

7.5 months while in the Navy and on deployment to the Persian Gulf after 9/11. I was lucky to get an occasional decent night's sleep. My longest day of work during that time was 42 hours.
