The problem is that I dont have easy access to chemicals and I can not get them in small quantity. So buying in bulk means that they are gonna be expensive(I mean the total cost). I already have KMnO4 and I want another oxidiser. Which one shall I prefer?

Note that if indeed you are a pyromaniac, you are *not* going to succeed in pyrotechnics until you get the pyromania under control. The *last* thing that any other pyrotechnics person wants is somebody who isn't *restrained* and *careful* and *under control* being anywhere near the stuff that goes bang.

First you have to acquire the licenses to get the proper chemicals...especially in bulk. A background check will tell the 'truth' about one's self. Good luck.
