if someone gets social security and pension in america and they move to another country can they still get it?

Is this the UK forum ? ..
without bothering to research it (try google for a better answer)

Pension ? = I would say 'yes' because in USA all pensions are private (belong to the individual)

Social ? = I would say a big 'NO' (in USA they don't hand out social to non-citizens).
