I have a really tight grip, after exams it feels like my wrist has been twisted. When I write I press down really hard as well. Is there some sort of pen that like slows down my writing, like a pencil (which I can't use during exams). Because when I do use a pencil I write better, because there is less "flow" if that makes sense

You can go to a stationary shop where you can actually buy soft flow pens, but personally i prefer a ink flo pen, there n ball so its like writing with a pencil, must better!

I had a problem with ball points but for lack of flow till I went to gel or water based ink pens now my writing is a pleasure.
the drag is also different and I suggest trying it out .

Try not to press down so hard on your wrist.
