When one year to the day past the 9/11 attacks, I was looking into the sky and noticed the shape of the moon. It was exactly the same shape of the moon that's on at least one of the flags of the Middle East. Maybe I'm being pretentious here, but I wonder if anyone else noticed that? Every culture ties into astrology in some way or another/degree of depth; in this case possibly knowing what moon would be up that night, one year before hand. I'm NOT pointing fingers because I can't, but isn't this an interesting unsung coincidence?

you got it, pal.... I had to go to work the day after 9/11 at five am... I looked up and there it was... crescent moon with a star nearly in the middle of it... the flag of TURKEY!!!.... all along, I've thought we've been after the wrong bunch!!!.... what better time to 'do' the US than on a day when the skies show a good omen like that of the flag of your country????..... I'm just amazed that you saw it, too, but a year later!!!....

turkey's flag....

One of the flags of the Middle east? It depends on the country..
I was in elementary school when that happened. The twin towers were hit in the morning at around .. ten, right? Around that time, I was drawing in class, and when it struck that time when the twin towers were hit, I suddenly looked up at the clock and then looked outside because I felt something big had happened. I was really shocked to find out that at that time, thousands of people died.

Not really. The moon looks like that once every lunar cycle, which is roughly every four weeks. It was inevitable that one anniversary of the 9/11 attacks would see the Moon in that phase.

I had a vindaloo curry on 8/11 and the following day my sphincter resembled a Japanese flag. Coincidence?
