Try local Estate Agents ...

(Land Registry will have full building plans / details, but I believe you have to pay for that)

REALTORS® will have access to the information regarding the number of bedrooms and dimensions for properties that have sold recently (last couple of years at least) but the data may not be available for flats that haven't been on the market in the past few years.

You might check with your county - try their website and see if they list this with the property tax records.

I was bored one afternoon and I typed in 'tower blocks' and it bought up designs of blocks of flats with floor plans, number of bedrooms and designs.
I was amazed at the size of some of these flats, they are huge compared to the rabbit hutches that are blighting city centres.
Did you watch ' The Truth about Property' on BBC2 last night?. They looked at blocks of flats in Leeds, Manchester and London that were sold off plan for £220k, all very swish looking and for 'professionals'. When they came to sell them, they could only get £130k, a big drop in price don't you think?. Be careful where you invest.
