With all due respect that might depend (in large measure) NO pun intended; on the size of the bathroom; and then on some level of skill. Small might be relative.

Pulling a toilet: 30 minutes; plus/minus
Measuring, and making Cut patterns; or transferring the measurements to the Vinyl; laid out somewhere after unrolling and allowing it to be a decent temp: 1 hour
Prepping the substrate: 1 hour; plus/minus
Fit check; and any modifications: 30 minutes
Re-rolling the vinyl bottom side out: 1 minute
Applying adhesive to a small interior area: 5 minutes:
Setting the vinyl on that area: 5 minutes
Moving backwards toward the exit; while applying more adhesive: 1 hour; plus/minus
Rolling the sheet after: 30 minutes; plus/minus.

Keeping the other 2 to 3 people out of your way, as one answer suggested using: Add the above time suggestions.

Replacing the toilet after an appropriate time: 30 minutes

it depends on what you know.my husband does it for a living. just keep in mind a few things. your vinyl will only look as good as the floor it is going over.so if your sub floor looks rough so will the vinyl job. if your floor has a vinyl down that you are going over the pattern can bleed thru.using a floor patch can eliminate allot of boo boos....but does NOT take the place of a sub floor. if you go to home depot or Lowe's they will have a video you can watch or look on line. also pulling the toilet will make for a easier job or you will have a seam behind the toilet and then you would need a seam sealer and that is about 30 bucks. small bathrooms can take longer than a larger one.remember to put down quarter round down after a few days allowing any air bubbles to escape. if a bubble won't escape take a small needle and poke a hole in it then press the bubble on out. i don't know where you live but a sub contractor should only charge you a min. to do it for you....in fl. it would cost about $75. that could be worth the head ache. P.S.my husband is very picky and knows his stuff...i have never seen him do a small bath in 30 minutes. it takes usually 15 min for the glue to acclimate.my husband is not just a contractor but our corp. is floor covering.it would take my husband at least 2 hours.
