Sure! Yes! Definitely!
Sometimes, the places I go, the food's so good conversation would ruin the meal.
If you're ever worried about having to eat alone, ring me up...Big D is merely 250 miles from where i'm located (Deep in the Heart of Texas), and the way I drive it's only a 2 hour road trip...LOL! (I seriously doubt you'll ever have to worry about eating alone though.)
BTW- Ever eat at the LoneStar Country club in Coppell, or the LongBranch Country Club down the street???

Sure. It started when I was working...everyone had different lunch times, so I ate alone. Then, while living in Vegas, I found that people can gamble alone, go to movies alone, eat alone...it's done all the time, particularly there.
There's a Denny's within walking distance from my house. If I'm hungry, and no one else wants to go, I go alone. I do know most of the employees and managers there, though.

Yes I did that one Valentines day when my ex stood me up. I went to TGIFridays and had a Rum and coke with a Jackdaniels burger. I was so sad that night.

yes, once..was flown out of state to a job interview and there was a fancy restarant in the hotel and they were paying for my meals..so I ate there alone..it was a little weird, but I was hungry!

I have many, many times.
People might look at me, but I just go on and enjoy my meal. And I always bring a book.

i wud feel strange...but i like to think i would be able to. What the hell, todays society is strange enough as it is..why not eat by yourself!
