How can I find my uncle in a german hospital?

We would need much more information to give you an answer. Do you know where in Germany he is? What is his nationality? What makes you think he's in a hospital? IF he's not German and you have reason to think he's ill or injured, get in touch with the consulate of your country that is closest to where you think he might be. They will not tell you where he is, but they might be able to get in touch with him and ask him to contact you.

call redcross if they have anything as such in Germany.
