how much do baristas in the Philippines earn?

how much do they earn monthly? does it depend on the shop location or is it standard for every company (eg. starbucks)

They may look glamorous, and they speak English well. But they actually earn minimum wage. Of course they get a salary raise when they are promoted to Store Manager level.

They earn as much as 5-15 thousand a month depending on the store location, sales, work experience, etc. I have a friend who is a barista.... It is not that much hard to be a barista... you just have to be patient to the customers....
