yes

its not that people neccessarily don't want to help themselves but repeating mistakes and not learning from those mistakes enables us to make the same ones over and over again. it doesn't help that our govt. lies to us. not saying that they are the whole problem. its man itself and the fact that they choose what they want or feel that they want and do it and get set in their ways and feel contempt with being mediocre. were not stupid as a race just lazy, someone else will take care of that. we are so reliant on technology now that we have just gotten lazy. hell we have things for everything these days. it is going to take a collected effort to change things. we need to come together as a family. we are not individuals yet we claim to be all the time. everyone goes through the same thing as everyone else let it be at different times or variation of some kind but still the same. created equal. some different skills than others but can be taught the right way of doing things. we have lost the traditional way of doing things. america doesn't have any real tradition. we stole our land and gave the victims the crappiest land we can find. watched an episode of home makeover this past sunday, them claiming that they may have found a new way of living. yet anyone with a brain knows that the technology has been around for a while. nobody listen to this answer its stupid.

Yes, I do agree. I would rather change the world for the best. There are too many selfish people in the world, and it's making a bad impact on others. An example for that is; store employers refusing to interview certain job applicants they don't like for no reason. Not many people are given a chance at a job, when they are caplebale of doing the job. I see this is why there's so many homeless people. For most people, getting a job is so difficult because of the amount of selfish employers.

I tend to agree but with a slight modification. It's not really that so many people want to change the world because to change some thing one has to put in efforts and may have to under go hardships, which nobody wants to do, for variety of reasons .What such people really want is that the world should change to suite their requirements without any efforts from their side. The rest is agreeable.

I agree that people want the world to change. It is always easier to see faults in others. Introspection is difficult then doing something about it is even harder. So we usually take a shortcut and gripe about everything wrong on the outside, instead of doing something constructive.

I think its true!

Well, I consider myself I guess you can say "pro environment". However; I have a car instead of a scooter, I don't recycle like I should, and I use more paper than alot of people. I also look at the news and blame the babyboomers for our problems now, when I could be helping fix them

Well we as people don't always dig the way things are going...so we would rather change the world than ourselves, of course, it's easier a task than to change one's habits and lifestyle....it starts first though with internal then external changes...our mindset has to be attuned to be ready to change our world first
