I do not understand what you are speaking about! Are you asking about crowded trains (I think you meant trains. Check spelling.) Are you speaking about proper ettiquette? or are you speaking about physical and verbal abuse? What does literacy have to do with rudeness, crowded conditions, etc.? Perhaps it would do you well to pick up a dictionary and look up the definition of literate and illiterate and then post your question again. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are not from the U.S. and that you are having trouble with the English language as well as the meaning of our words. I really hope that you are not placing yourself above your fellow countrymen (or anyone else for that fact.) since your question/comments were definately not understandable. It sounds like you are really trying to get someone to agree with you that the people you are speaking of are uneducated, ill-mannered and violent. I'm sorry but I do not catorgorize any race, religion, creed nor gender of being 90-90% "Illeterate"

not in india but i have experienced that all in pakistan. same is the condition here with the public transports, trams, trains, buses, coaches, etc. this all maters. the thing you need to be calm and to afford this all because that is your country men. if you say that literate but illitrate , this is common with us as " parha likha jahil". said to those who cannot behave either they are educated. this all justifies that your are saying right because they deserve it.

Definition of LITERACY: "ABLE TO READ AND WRITE." Seems you are bigotted, racist and, pardon me, but you need to take a class in spelling and sentence structure to improve YOUR literacy. Your view of the situation is crap.

You will have to have more encounters than this , to be able to conclude. The wise are cautious in their conclusions.
