Am I allowed to marry a person that is related through me as such, My dad Larry has an older brother named Harry(blood related) Harry is married to Mary, Barry is Mary's brother (blood) Barry's daughter is A, so am i allowed to marry A.

Theres no reason why you should not be if you are in the USA I believe. The official ruling if I remember my law correctly is that third cousins on out you can marry. Considering that you have no blood connections to Mary and A has about 1/4 the genetic material common to Mary I would say yes.

No offense but even though A is not a by blood connection to you she is still in the family. She is actually your uncle's niece-in-law if I thought of that correctly. And as families that have two people that get married, both familes are automatically seen as one whole family clan. And to even think about marrying someon that close in blood even if not direct blood is considered wrong. I think you might have more of a chance with a very very very very distant cousin though.

You're cousins...You wanna marry uncle Harry's niece so that makes her your cousin by marriage...you're still considered family... I dont think that can stop you since youre not blood though
