There is no such thing as Royal Mail Courier.
This is a SCAM. You have not won anything.

Although Royal Mail has a courier equivalent service, it is not decribed as this but as Special delivery. Also Royal mail does not name its employees so i agree with the answer above - you should suspect this approach as being a scam.
