Yes every evening. I started sleeping in the nude when I was a teenager and stuck with it. Turns out I'm a nudist and didn't even know it back then. :-)

Absolutely 100% guilty!! I sleep so much better without any clothing getting all riled up under my body. It's much more free feeling and more comfy. Even in the winter. I like to be a little chilly when I sleep.

Rarely. I had children running around the house for so many years, that it was rarely an option. Now I am living alone, but two of my kids live right next door, and constantly bang on the door for something or other.

Yep. Good quality at least 450-600 thread count cotton sheets are essential- it feels like satin but is a natural material so it lets you skin breath .
