If you rent Call your landlord it's his responsibility!!! If not then bomb the place with flea bombs and then bomb 3wks later.

You will need:
A flea collar, and baking soda. And, a vacuum.
Start with a clean fresh vacuum bag, vacuum up the flea collar. Sprinkly baking soda around on the carpet in all the rooms that have carpet. This will help dry up the fleas, so they die. Wait about half an hour, then vacuum all the carpet. That should help remedy the situation.
Oh yes, please dispose of the vacuum bag immediately, so no fleas can try to crawl out of the vacuum, and back into the carpet.

go to a pet store and buy some of their flea powder for carpets. sprinkle it around and brush in with a broom. let it sit for a couple of hours (follow directions), then rent or use your own regular carpet steam cleaner. works great.

either use a spray designed to kill fleas or use salt
salt the carpet and allow it to sit overnite then vaccum repeat this for about 2 weeks and it should kill all the fleas

Go Ahead an laugh..but borax ..spread it on your carpets like you would carpet fresh let set about 2 hours then vac.it works.and it wont leave a smell..

Buy a 'flea bomb' you close all doors and windows, set it off, and leave the house for the stated time, brilliant, fleas, all gone, eggs and all.!!!!!

if you dont want to spray you can try what i did ( and you will be surprised how well it works)....... set shallow bowls of water under the furniture and around where they wont get knocked over...... look in the morning and see how many fleas have got in it and died.....its odd but it really works

bug bomb the place...or u will NEVER get rid of em all.... i think it only takes a few hours...or maybe like 24 hrs...good luck
