closet organization for purses?

Question

I have alot of purses and I want to organize them somehow in my closet. I want to be able to see them, so I dont want to throught them in a plastic tote or a box...just wondering if anyone has some tips on how to store them visually....possibly to not take up alot of space...thanks

It goes on the closet door so you can see everything and it takes up no space at all really.

If you have a walkin closet you may have space for hooks on the wall where you can hang purses-the only bad thing about that method is sometimes it will crease the shoulder strap so just be aware of that for the bags you don't use often.

I just reorganized my purses so I think I can help!! I went to Target and got those plastic coated metal boxes that snap together to make grids. It is like a cage but with 1 open side. I made a 2x2 grid and put it on the floor of my closet and put all my purses there. Facing outwards, it's easy to see everything and grab what you need. Each grid for each type. Fancy. Everyday. Travel. Trendy.

There are several ways... You could put dividers up on a shelf and put your purses up there. You could buy a purse organizer that hangs from your closet rod, like a shoe organizer. Or you can put hooks inside your closet door and hang them there. You can even put some blocks up on your bedroom wall and display your purses like artwork!
