Use a circumventor:
1)Go to peacefire.org
2)Put yourself in the mailing list.
3)Open your mail
4)Go to the circumventor site.
5)Use it to open the website
6) Right Click on the Download link then save target as.
7)Download it
8)Open it(optional) or do whatever you want with it. :)

you cant. you will need admin rights. they also set the restriction for a reason. bypassing can lead to termination if caught. check with the hr before u got far.

If you ever get the chance, if your boss/supervisor is ever away from his desk, see if you can open up the networking settings on his computer and change them to fit your needs. Otherwise all I can suggest is bring a laptop to work.

Find a new job or get a new hobby. If you do find a workaround that's feasable, there's a decent chance you can be fired for it.
