I am a pharmacist willing to relocate to USA for my profession. Our US friends, can you guide me as to which is the best city to stay in US i.e economical, silent, good community, well connected by road, air, rail etc? Please add a note on what is the monthly expense for a family of 3 who have recently shifted to this city. Thank you.

The Southeast is a great place to live. Trust me, I know plenty of people who have moved from foreign countries, and places like New York down here to the Southeast, and they LOVE it. The climate is pretty much perfect year round, and the housing is really cheap. Very silent, great community w/ nice people, and plenty of airports and things. I live in Greenville, SC. A family of 3 moved next door to me from Florida, and they love it.

India! Stay in your own country. You'll end up being a taxi driver anyway because you'll have to go back to school to be a pharmacist in the United States. Too many of you'll come here.

Most international pharmacy degrees, post-2003, are not considered equivalent to the U.S. degree. That means you cannot be licensed unless you get more education.
