Capitalism denies equality. A planned economy can work just fine if there is incentive to work, which would be force in this case.

I am willing to give up some things in order to live in a state that values equality.

Obviously the government would have more power than it's citizens, but we will watch to make sure they equally distrubute resources and not take too much themselves.

I would not want to move to any of the current communist states because the citizens have little rights and government has unlimited power. I want to live in a country that enforces Marx's principles.

I'm sure people do not want to live in a state of poverty, so likely they will work hard to produce more, so that they won't have to live in poverty.

No you wont, I would rather sleep under a bridge (again) and starve then depend on a government hand out. You're infantile understanding of true equality astounds me and you keep spouting this drivel. All men are not created equal, that is a cruel fact of humanity. We still give them equel opportunity to make choices that decide their own fate. Ever since we started cottling people with socialist programs in the US we have become an ever longer string of whiney whimps and derilicts. Communism just means the whiners will get more than they work for and everyone will be paying to take care of the derelicts. Unless you want to take a more hitlerish approach and gas the masses.
Our equality stems from how we are born, and how we die. Everything else inbetween is up to us to achieve. Instead of touting communism like some drone put your money where your mouth is, or even better where another persons mouth, and donate your time and money and sweat and blood to a charity that actually helps the masses.
Communism robs the common man of the desire to be anything more than common.

communist governments have destroyed most of europe, where i am from, its architecture is hideous but it belief that all people are equal is just not true.... people excel at different things. however the idea that the state is more important than the people is shared with the far right
the communist system in principle ...that all people have equal possesions and should work for the joy of working instead of material success is an ideal, a good ideal, but not realistic.
people work harder to improve themselves, communist economies lack incentives for the worker ,and thus eventually crumble.
the rise of the far right across europe is what will be the next totalitarian utopian will be and i for one believe the far right is the way forward. national agendas with socialist concepts must be listened to and will improve the life of all citizens of the state.............facisim will prevail, long live the state

The basic problem with communism is the free rider issue. If I do not get the benefit of my labor (or at least some of it), then there is no incentive for me to work. Altruism becomes the only reason to work and not everyone is altruistic.
There has never been a state that would meet your requirements. Sorry.

Absolutely, I would recommend you move to China/North Korea/or Cuba. All have active communist forms of government.
That's the nice thing about a Democracy-you can go live in a Communist country. Now, listen very closely, do not go there and suggest any changes-they will be met with your death or imprisonment-and they DO NOT have prisoner rights.

If you want to live under Communism... vote for Hillary Clinton.
Then you can say you support such 'equality'
Truth of the matter is... there is nothing good about 'equality' when it means everyone is equally screwed.
I'd suggest you research before spouting off about such things, since you obviously don't understand human nature.

The course of a seventh-grade history class is when I learned of Karl Marx and communism. Initially the concept appealed to an unformed mind; however, this span of approval was brief due to maturity taking hold during the lunch period of the same day.

No. What's the point of continuing to ask the same question over and over again? Communism has and will always fail because it is illogical to suggest that those who govern would be equal to everyone else. The very fact that they are the governing class makes it impossible for them to be equal to those they govern.

Well, you have two choices. 1) Elect enough communists in Congress to change the Constitution then get 38 states to ratify the changes, or 2) Move to a communist country.
Good luck!

You can go live under it, and find a whole bunch of like-minded people who believe in it to join you in your little commune where each works according to his ability and takes according to his need, so that you can support the lazy slobs amongst you who don't want to work.
I'll stick with capitalism, thank you very much.
