I have PCOS .Suffered a loss of twins in secodn semester the beginning of this year.My first iui I was pregnant .DId double IUI that time and had 14 eggs.
This month I had 6 mature eggs all in my left ovaries.
I"m not sure what you mean by HSG ...do you mean the ovidrel HCG shot ? If you do they had me take mine on friday night then on Sunday morning I was in for a single iui ( this time) they say that normally you ovulate 36-40 hours after that shot . Wash sperm does last for a couple of days ( I asked the nurse this cycle ) the egg is viable 12-24 hours (after it is released from your ovaries)but at an older age is becomes less.I have taken yesterdya and today a pregnancy test and called first responce help line number they said that a faint line ...I can consider myself pregnant .MOnday morning it will be confirmed by a blood test at the fertility clinic!

MY first pregnancy I only had 1 iui and it was successful this is my third iui since after my losses and I am keeping my fingers crossed for the blood work to confirm the urine test !

they say a couple who is not suffereing from fertility issues has a 25% chance of conceiving each month .For me its seems I have always had better chances when I had more than one egg as well.
I want to say though ...GOOD LUCK! I know it can be really hard to go through as it can bring on alot of stress/worry
