I use it so I can find my car at the end of the work day, because I get so stoned at lunch that I can't remember where I parked the damn thing. :o)
edit> haha, yeah. My work day consists of chillin' on YA and smoking... and the occasional work-related task. Gotta love it.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

God, that's the only way my boyfriend can find his car. Whenever we're out, I do not want to be walking around trying to find his stupid car, so I just grab his keys, press the panic, and BINGO! Just follow the noise!
Eh, people look at me like I'm crazy, and especially high school jackasses give me dirty looks, and threaten me about noise pollution, and I just roll my eyes and let the panic go off a lil longer.
DON'T MESS WITH ME! [=

I haven't, but when my daughter ws 8 months old, we were looking at houses. Our realtor handed her keys to our daughter to play with while we were talking about the house. Next thing we knew, her alarm was going off, and it took a minute to shut it off.

Yes, when my son decides he wants to drive, he grabs my keys and pushes the buttons. He's only three by the way!

There are still places where little high school guys take your groceries to the car, I like to send them to my car and when they start to open the door - press it then..

Yes...lol
I used to take my sister and her friends out for ice cream, and I would say "Oh! I left my purse inside...I will be right back...I am going to lock you guys in!!!"
I would go insidce the shop and set the alarm off...and watch them freak out.
As evil as it might sound...when they found out it was me, they thought it was funny to

I accidentally pressed it several times. Couldn't figure out how to get it to shut up. Very embarrassing.
