Cesium melts at 28.4 C; gallium at 29.78 C.

But there is an alloy with lower Mp than mercury!

cesium-potassium eutectic alloy (77%Cs/23%K) mp is

-48 C

Check out this color-coded periodic table. Metals are yellow, light blue and light purple. Mercury is the metal with the lowest melting point (-39 C), Gallium is next (at 30 C), and Indium is next, but at 157 C (above water's boiling point)!
