To me it sounds like a restaurant owner not allowing a black person to eat in his restaurant; as was the case a long time ago.

Many hotels have minimum age limits. Most that I have come across require you to be 21. Same with car rentals and 25.

I thinks it's supposed to cut down on underage parties and drinking...

I'm not totally sure, but I guess if they felt you were a danger or something like that then they could. But I think it would be putting them at a real risk of upsetting someone.

yes,provided you didn't do something like get banned from the hotel for life.Or maybe your credit cards are all maxed.
