Age 21-30, size 34B. I don't like the idea of breast implants, maybe counseling for women who crave them would be better.

any surgery entails some dangers but breast implants also have been found to be problematic---hardening of the breasts and I mean hardening like rock hard not nice and problems with leakage of the implant although this may have been corrected. I am well in the 30 + range. Another issue just in passing is breast feeding I am not sure if this is possible with implants and if you are going to have children it is the best way to give them a start so not a good idea to tamper with the bodies natural function when you may need it in the future. So I would totally disagree. Yet another point is the cost as it is expensive and thankfully this is the main reason I didn't have it as my thoughtless partner at that time tried to encourage me to have the procedure.

Hi there (21-30) I don't think breast implants are good for two reasons:
1) Breast implants whether they are silicone or not have been shown to be harmful to the body, and require future surgeries to either take them out or replace them. They can make some women really sick.
2) Women should embrace thier bodies the way they are, love thier individuality, learn to love themselves the way they are. Show young women today that they don't need to tuck, lift or implant anything into thier bodies to make them better than they already are.
The only time I think implants are good is if someone has had a breast removed and would need to even it out or if someone really had a large difference between the size of thier breasts.

Im 19 years old, and I love mine. I did it so I could fit better in clothes and to boost my self esteem. I really like having a proportional body shape now and believe that women who consider implants, should have good motives of doing so. Don't ever do it to be noticed by guys or in hopes of being happy. It won't help either in that area.
PS for the ignorants. You really need to do your reseach. People cannot tell mine are fake, there are 3 different profiles of implants. Some are designed for women who want the fake look. Others are designed to look more natural. And implants are safe now. Of course like ANY surgery, there are risks of infection, anethesia, etc. They can feel real, especially if you choose silicone or if you massage your implants. And little miss 14 year old who can't spell worth a crap, there are different sizes too! If you want natrual, stay in the 250cc to 370cc implant range, and that all depends on your body size, if you're thin or fat. Do more research. And what's the difference of altering your apperance by implants or by dying your hair, wearing make up, etc. Idiots...

I exercise, alot. So while being healthy and keeping in shape i've lost alot of breast. I personally am for the idea of breast implants and have considered it on numerous ocations. But there is a limit. People like 'jordan'(katie price) and pamela should have stopped. I believe its okay to get it so long as it's for you and your not just trying to impress someone.

Yeah i disagree unless smthing is wrong like 1 of your boobs is bigger than the other and you wanna fix it... but other wise i think it is wrong. God made women's body a beautiful piece of art so it doesn't matter if your a 34 AA or a 32 DD your still beautiful!!! Plus you should be confident in your body image and in a way i think that if a women does get breast implants its because she has a low self esteem about her body image.

The idea of breast implants is just stupid to me. I know its hard for me to say because i'm a 38C, but I hoenstly think if I was smaller I still wouldn't do it. You can always tell they that are fake, and there are SO many things that can go wrong.

I hate tell you, I had friend had a breast implant. She was not happy as all. She will never goes thru again. It's wasting her money for her surgery.
Most parts are dangerous. It could happen if get bleeding or anykinds during surgery or after..

I think it's a really stupid thing for any woman to do for one simple reason:
Breast implants may decrease the ability of mammograms to reveal breast cancer because implants can obscure the image of a tumor. (from the mayo clinic)
Who, in their right mind, voluntarily reduces their chance of detecting breast cancer early?
