Suppose the number is 10p + q, where p and q are single-digit integers and p > 0

10p + q = 3pq
q = p(3q - 10)

Clearly, q > 3 (otherwise, 3q - 10 < 0)

So try q=4,5,...9:

4 = p*2 so p=2
5 = p*5 so p=1
6 = p*8 no solution
7 = p*11 no solution
8 = p*14 no solution
9 = p*17 no solution

So there are two solutions: 15 and 24.

24 will work. 2*4 = 8 and 3*8 = 24.
