Do u agree?I am a freshman mentor ar my school.I supposed to help the first years high school students, get to know the school better and talk to them about the classes and stuff during that hour. I usually do all my reponsibilities execpt for the talking part. I always have appointments with my teachers that I never get time to talk to them. Even if i did have time, I usually didn't. i guess its because a lot of them seemed really wierd to me and i guess i thought i was too mature for a lot of them since i was an upperclassmen.
But Last day I talked to them during the hour. I never knew that they repected me soo much. they told me I am smart and stuff and made me laugh. I was actually feeling kinda down, but the conversations made me feel so much better.

I guess i always failed to see how they viewed me. I always thought being older than made me soo much better.
I guess now I realize that, sometimes we just forget to see people 4 who they really r, because of our ego.

PLZ don't assume that I am this terrible person who doesn't like people yonunger than me. My sister is also a new student to the high school, just like them. What I am trying to say is that, I never made the quality time to spend with them, becuase there were many other things going on in my life. But, after spending time with them, I realized that I should have done that way before.

I am not a bad, person u know. I really am not. I guess some of u my fans atleast know that, right ???

wow thats deep. yeah, i think im all good at a sport cuz ive played like a year longer than others, but i realize thay look up and respect me and take my advise, but i am not much better than them skill wise. i guess thinking that ur better makes you worse. i remember looking up to older kids on the bus thinking they were so cool but now that i am as old as they were, i realize how dumb that was but also how cool it is that littler kids do look up to me. IN SHORT I DO AGREE WITH YOU A LOT but it is impossible to not judge someone- just saying

:) don't worry you are not bad at all. You are nice cute small gal... sorry in this question you are not small gal.. hahaha

I agree with you your statement. We need to accept things as they instead of judging or trying to change. Once we start accepting how things are, our life would be more happier.

A picture is seen by many. Everyone adds their perception and make comments on the painting. But the real intention of the painter, only a painter would know. Between the truth and what you perceive is the perception you have added. Actually this perception is added by your ego (whether it is good or bad). Over a period of time, you start adding wisdom to your ego, where it adds goodness to your perception. So you are seeing the good part of what you see.

Ok ok did I confuse you... I know I did ...

I would say that it's not a matter of changing the way you judge others, but rather to learn how to stop judging them at all.
You never know what's in another person's head. You might think you do, but you really don't. Nothing is as it appears.
Accepting others doesn't mean you have to like what the other person does or says. Once you cross over into judging others, you have essentially made up your mind that are superior to them.
There is a saying, "Forgive the sinner, not the sin." To me that means that the person is okay, but what they have done isn't. Rather than judge them, it's more imortant (IMO) to understand why they are the way they are, and why they do the things they do.

You are right.
We don't have a right to be judgemental about other people. Every one has their own reasons or logic. Age really is no bar. Even a youngster could be wise much beyond their age, whereas, on the other hand, some so called "mature" people can be downright stupid and insensitive.
We should accept every individual with an open mind.

Your views are right!
We all are psychic, but not called psychologist. We do not always go deep into relations and analysis, but we always try to gauge the other person we meet, our nature being inquisitive. Life is always give and take; sow what U wish to reap. PELT at others Praise, Encouragement, Love and Trust, see it being retaliated. This make one Happy as U felt. Instead of Advice, Suggestions are better accepted. We can only set a spark but only change ourselves to see the change in others.

I can't entirely agree with your assertion/question. Some things are unacceptable and change is imperitive but after reading past your heading I see what you mean ,especially your thought about ego .here is some food for thought.

tell you the truth you are right but age dosent matter. it is only the knowledge that matters. knowledge is power!!!! we must always try to understand other view about us; because you didnt do that such a situation occured. at the same time we should understand what others are and communicate in a way which you think others will accept. well you knw my age and i still get my answers choosen as best answers. my answers are not chosen as best answers because of a cosideration that i am young, it is analysed by the questionare in the same scale that he analyses othrs' answers. so it is only that knowledge that actually matters. they respected you cause of your knowledge, they wouldnt haveif they thought you were stupid!!! if you have knowledge, you will be accepted into society before you know it. just bare that in mind. LOLZ.............. :~))))))))))))

i think some people pass judgements way too soon and dont give other people the chance to prove these judgements wrong....and yes i think it is due to ego and thinking that we are better than others that make us judgemental...if people only see that they are not perfect in the least...that they too have faults (which they try to hide but really cant)...then they will realize that they have no right to pass judgement at all...

im glad you realized your mistake and that you are on your way to becoming a better person...

what YOU, not the other people, experienced was a GROWING EXPERIENCE! We all perceive "others" with our own perceptions of what's right/wrong, good/bad.
We all judge peope; because if we did not, we might also put ourselves in harm's way.
The key is let others GROW at their own pace, to keep respect and tolerance for others at all times. To be the best you can be and be supportive.

I agree with you. It is always best to get to know someone before you pass judgement.
I could probably think of a lot of instances but I have learned that during my life.
Always give someone at least one chance.
