How many kids do reverend Run have other than the ones on the show?

I seen an episode where JoJo, Angela and Vanessa were giving presents to other kids...are they cousins or closer family?

Those are their brothers and sisters that their mom had AFTER her divorce from Reverend Run so those aren't his children

i think rev just has the 5 kids on the show and then the new baby they are going to adopt.... they are other family members
