Would you pay $200 to have a psychologist and his team record overnight video and audio in your home you believe to be haunted? This would also include an interview and analysis of the structure of the home.

"Parapsychology" is not recognized field of psychology. Many people call themselves parapsychologists with little or no actual training in psychology. Also, hobbyists to do not have scientific and research training necessarily.

I've seen the hobbyist groups on TV. They have many flawed methods which render their findings mostly useless. A psychologist would be appropriate because of the knowledge of how to conduct research as well as a keen understanding of human perception. Thanks for your responses.

For someone who is seriously concerned about unusual activity, I would think they'd pay for that service from a psychologist.

not from a psychologist

'hauntings' wouldn't fall into the realm of a psychologist's field of study/practice, in my opinion

i would contact a paranormal investigator, or do some investigating on my own first

I would if that would give reassurance to the family or owners of the Haunted house.

You can get it done for free, you know, by a parapsychologist.

no never pay for something like that, there are teams that will do it for nothing.the people that you pay they feel like they have to tell you something,so they sometimes make up stuff.just keep looking there's people that will do it for nothing and i would trust them more.

No.

I should be able to video and audio my own home, if necessary.
