well i look at it this way.i could be a fine physical specimen and then get mangled in a car wreck, for instance. only my emotional strength could help me recover, the determination to recover, the positive attitude about what happened, the perseverance as regards physical therapy, and the acceptance of a disability such as the loss of a limb etc.whereas if i get mangled emotionally,by being abused, mistreated, punished unfairly, dominated by a control freak, brainwashed by a cult, then no amount of physical strength would do me any bit of good.remember, the pen(the keyboard?)is mightier than the sword.don't let the bullies of the world control.

Emotional strength. Because one day you will die, your physical strength will fail you, you will need that emotional strength then.

Emotional. When you grow old strength wears off, but emotional does not.

When you have spiritual strength, emotional strength comes. When you have physical strength, well, look at David and that big giant. So, it is how you use both that counts as long as you have spiritual strength.

Not sure what you mean here.
Strong emotions, strong body.

A strong body is good
Strong emotions, not good, doesn't that mean very emotional.
To me emotions lead one a merry dance, and need to be disciplined.
Emotions to me are greed, anger, despair, sorrow, guilt, disappointment.

and before I get a thumbs down, I do not see love as an emotion, I see love as movement, action,

Good question, so whats better, to me a strong body all the time, a pre requisite for a long and happy life, but it is not the most sought after atitibute for me by a long short.
My intuition is the most important aspect for me, it is my connection to all that is. If the body is strong, but you don't have assess to "love" you are a shell.

Blessings to you.
