Some people seem to think you can obtain one at Wal*Mart but I am not sure if this is true.

You can get some passport photos at Walmart. They should be just what you need.

Your school ID or a Non-driver's id from the DMV, passport photos are not ID unless they are actually on a valid passport.
If you don't have a school ID ask them if they can make one that is signed by the pricipal verifying who you are. My son had to take the SAT when he was 12 and his school did this for him.

The DMV should issue a Non Driver State ID card, but you will likely not have that in time for Saturday. Your school should also issue an ID card.

The US State Department will also issue a same day passport but that is pricey.

Go to the DMV and get a "Non Driver's License." This is what people get who are disabled (i.e. handicapped, blind, etc.) so that they have an i.d.

Just make sure to have all the proper documents when you go. Birth certificate, proof of address (i.e. bank statement), social security card, and whatever else your state may require.

Good luck on the ACTs!!

You should be able to walk in and get a non driver ID issued immediately, assuming you have proper papers.

Here is the info from VT (where I am) - YMMV
