Nothing is specific for teens. You have to wade through the whole enchilada and find what may be right for you just like everyone else :-)
Backstage.com - casting search (totally legit and absolutely worth is if you live in LA)
Actorsaccess.com - set up a free account and search the breakdowns (Again, totaly legit and living in LA you should subscribe to Showfax for $68 per year and get unlimited electronic submissions on Actorsaccess for free while you have the subscription) Showfax is a service that gets you script pages for your auditions when they're available so you don't drive all over town to get them ahead of time.
